As a Lead Senior Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, you’ll play a strategic role guiding enterprise clients through full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and digital transformations. Partner with solution architects to design robust business processes, customizations, and integrations. Collaborate with project management to ensure delivery meets project governance standards. Deliver demos, proof of concepts, and joint design sessions that showcase platform capabilities. Guide configuration, security, infrastructure, and change management decisions. Contribute thought leadership and mentor internal teams on functional and architectural solutions. Build prototypes to clarify complex client scenarios and recommend innovative solutions. Requirements 6+ years in client-facing roles leading D365 CE implementations or upgrades, with at least 10 full lifecycle projects. Expertise in business process design, integration technologies, and Power Platform solutioning. Strong understanding of change management, stakeholder alignment, and digital transformation principles. Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with D365 CE implementation methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Visio, etc. Experience with combined ERP and CRM projects is a plus. Willingness to travel regularly to client sites across the U.S. and Canada (up to 50%). Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada without sponsorship.
