What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be a consistent, compassionate presence during a critical time of day for our clients and their families. Responsibilities may include: Administering evening medications and treatments Providing g-tube, trach, or ventilator support Monitoring vital signs and general condition Documenting care provided and changes in condition via electronic charting Communicating with families and care team members as needed Following the physician’s plan of care with attention and compassion You’ll work independently in the client’s home—but never without support. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.  The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.  We value our employees and are available 24/7 to support them. What You Will Do As a Clinic Nurse at the IHI, you will be responsible for the nursing care of patients in the clinic setting. This role will work with pediatric patients of the IHI. Bleeding disorder experience is not required for this role as onsite training will be provided.
