Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.  The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.  We value our employees and are available 24/7 to support them. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the schedules of our caregivers and ensuring our clients receive timely and appropriate care. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our home care services. Salary: $22-24/hr, based on experience. Hours: M-F, on-site, 9am-5:30pm Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate assignments for field nurses. Manage clinical updates and workflows including: Hospitalizations, holds, discharges, and authorization requests Serve as the point of contact for all patient-related clinical matters. Support the clinical team with timely communication and accurate record-keeping. Ensure all required clinical documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Collaborate with care managers, intake staff, and other internal departments to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
