The Home Health Aide will have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for caregivers to care for residents that reside in a Senior Community in Delray Beach Competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. What you will be doing: Assist individuals with their daily needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Remind individuals to take their medication and offer help with administering it. Keep track of vital signs and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team. Take care of light household tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment. Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet specific dietary requirements. Engage in meaningful and compassionate conversations with clients. Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
