BONUS STORES - $25   -  average 30 min in store NEED REPS FOR FLOOR AUDITS! DEADLINE IS .3/31/25  Can be completed any time during store open hours.  No pre-call required.  Full instruction will be provided PHG needs reps to visit retail chain stores to perform audits on their floor care.  Reps will need to do a short interview with the manager, walk around main store and aisles to evaluate and take photos of flooring as an indicator of what is needed to keep the floors at peak appearance. They will also need to visit the janitor's area and get photos of their mop supplies and floor chemicals. Travel pay can be discussed at scheduling if distance involved  Reporting/photos into client's new CMX1 App or Website must be within 24 hrs of visit. PHG needs reps to INSTALL  2 Cleaning Solution Dispensers in the Planet Fitness stores in MA/VT/NH during the Week of 8/18 - or some possibly week of 8/25.  Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm. Pay is $25 per hour onsite and mileage can be discussed at scheduling based on distance. Takes approx. 1.5 hours per location.  Store schedule will need to be provided to client once scheduled. Tools required: Cordless Drill with all bit types including concrete and basic hand tools Reporting Required to be completed in client app with photos. And hours also reported online at PHG site for pay processing. Full instruction for install and reporting will be provided. There are multiple locations in MA/NH/VT - full list can be provided at scheduling to best fit your geographic location for possible additional stores.

PHG Retail Services is looking for a representative to conduct a sanitation survey in a grocery store. The survey is done on the client's app which you will need to download to your device. You will be testing the sanitizing solution in the three compartments sink in each department. You may also need to survey the cleanliness of each department. You may need to complete an inventory of cleaning chemicals used in each department. The survey will take a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of one hour. Pay is $30. Please note this is a one time survey, our jobs are not permanent part time jobs. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of the wholesale calendar, making sure we are hitting all deadlines, partnering cross functionally to hit achieve our goals by quarter. Key Responsibilities: Assist with timelines, goal setting and delivery for apparel production Coordination between design, production, sales and logistics teams Manage all Time and Action calendars and production related charts to meet the milestone dates by deliveries Collaborate with Design and Technical design teams on initial design development tech packs, sampling process, production, and the final deliveries Maintain and uphold process deliverables on calendars. Oversee and manage critical path from seasonal kickoffs to sketch approval meetings, tech pack handover and to Bulk production ready dates, to name a few. Manage a steady flow of communication between New York and oversees team to stay on schedule for all relevant departments in the wholesale business. Support wholesale accounts with accurate product and delivery information Collaborate with sales to plan seasonal lines and meet buyer expectations Ensure orders are processed, fulfilled and delivered on time   Requirements Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in wholesale merchandising, preferably in the apparel sector.
