Clinical experience in a similar setting, with proficiency in performing surgical and non-surgical ENT procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients and the healthcare team. Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in a subspecialty, such as pediatric otolaryngology or sleep medicine. Experience with advanced technological approaches (e.g., robotic surgery). The Physician Reviewer will provide an interpretation of the medical necessity of services provided by other healthcare professionals in compliance with client specific policies, nationally recognized evidence-based guidelines, and standards of care.
