Avant Tech is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing urgent and emergent medical conditions and be committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients in an emergency setting. Stabilize and manage critical patients requiring urgent medical treatment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop optimal treatment plans. Provide emergency care including resuscitation, advanced airway management, and wound care. Utilize advanced medical technologies and protocols to deliver high-quality care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Educate patients and families about health management and follow-up care. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Requirements Required Qualifications: Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM). Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Strong clinical skills and experience in high-pressure emergency situations. Ability to make rapid and accurate clinical decisions. Excellent communication skills and capacity to work collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in a subspecialty related to emergency medicine (e.g., pediatric emergency medicine). Experience in a trauma center or large emergency department. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Prior experience with patient navigation and systems-based practice. Dane Street is expanding our physician panel!  This is a telework opportunity for supplemental income for physicians providing a caseload customized to your schedule. Our physician panel is comprised of independent contract reviewers (1099) compensated on a per-case basis. The ideal candidates will hold a NY license and be Board Certified in Plastic Surgery who have been actively practicing in their field for at least 5 years. Requirements As Physician Reviewer/Advisor for Independent Medical Exams (IME), you will utilize clinical expertise and reviews insurance appeals, and prospective and retrospective claims. The Physician Reviewer will provide an interpretation of the medical necessity of services provided by other healthcare professionals in compliance with client specific policies, nationally recognized evidence-based guidelines, and standards of care.
