Prior orthopedic experience is a plus, but we are excited to train the right new graduate. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assess patient health status, develop care plans, and determine appropriate diagnostics and treatments Provide acute and chronic care including histories, physicals, injections, medications, and wound care Triage patient phone calls and assess patient needs Respond to urgent and emergency situations, including CPR Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to coordinated patient care Assist in surgical procedures and perform OR support as needed Participate in hospital rounds and shared on-call responsibilities Educate patients and families to promote understanding and wellness Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico) Current Arizona license as a PA or NP NP First Assist training (if applicable) following AORN education standards Orthopedic Spine experience preferred but not required If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
