The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and updating digital marketing reports, dashboards, and analytics insights for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely under the mentorship of senior team members, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn new analytical and technical skills. This position is perfect for someone early in their career who has foundational digital marketing or analytics training and wants to grow within a supportive environment. Key Areas of Responsibility   · Create, update, and maintain regular client reports and dashboards using platforms such as Google Looker Studio (Primary), Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics (GA4), and BigQuery. · Conduct data quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of client-facing analytics reports. · Assist senior analysts in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data for advanced analysis. · Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis from internal team members and clients. · Learn and assist with data integration and workflow automation tasks under guidance from the Data Engineer. · Document and standardize analytics processes, report structures, and best practices. · Participate in team meetings, provide proactive updates on project statuses, and collaborate effectively across departments. Requirements Ideal candidates for this role will live in the St. Louis, MO. While our day-to-day work is done remotely, our St. Louis based teams gathers in the office 2 or 3 times each week for in-person meetings and collaboration.
