The Operator Join an elite founding team as a core operator. No degree required. We’re looking for an upside-oriented, high-trajectory individual to join our 12-person founding team as a full-time Operator. You’ll work directly with our Co-Founders, Product, and Ops teams to serve our early members, build core operational systems, and solve complex problems for the world’s top founders and athletes - all while helping shape one of the most ambitious AI-native consumer products in the world. This role reports directly to our Co-Founder & COO, and has both rapid progression & flexibility to progress into leadership across Business & Commercial Operations, Member Experience & Business Development, Product or Growth - depending on where you thrive.
