We currently have an exciting career opportunity as a Fabrication Operator! This role is based in our facility in Winchester, Tennessee, and reports to our Production Manager. The successful candidate will operate and run machinery with the purpose of supporting efficient production as well as adhering to safety expectations. Requirements Troubleshoot and address production process problems as they arise. Read and understand technical documentation and work instructions. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Ensure and follow quality procedures are adhered to (pin holes, splicing, accurate count, accurate shipping labels, etc.) and fill out the production records. Meet and maintain company ISO quality and production requirements. Workable knowledge of and ability to use micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauge pins, impact tester and pressure test equipment. Must be eager to learn, excited to work on a team, and have good written and verbal communication skills Other duties as the need arises and/or assigned. Requires good mobility and involves considerable lifting (less than 25 lbs.), pulling, bending, standing and walking. Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, and the use of sharp blades for cutting rubber; however, incumbent will use standard personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and aprons. Job Summary: The Deburr Operator performs a variety of operations to remove burrs or sharp edges, clean surfaces on any bars or parts manufactured, prior to final inspection.   Duties/Responsibilities: Reads and interprets blueprints. Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery. Assists in the organization and maintenance of the machine shop work environment.
