We are looking for a careful forklift operator to move packages and material around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency. ***THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION - TWO DAYS PER WEEK - 8 HR PAID SHIFT MINIMUM*** Requirements Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies Transport raw materials to production workstations Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs Comply with company policies and legal guidelines Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Job Summary: The Deburr Operator performs a variety of operations to remove burrs or sharp edges, clean surfaces on any bars or parts manufactured, prior to final inspection.   Duties/Responsibilities: Reads and interprets blueprints. Proficient in the use of measuring instruments is preferred Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements. Use belt sanders, abrasive charged wheels, fixtures, files, scrapers, solvents, and other hand tools. Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance regarding set up. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations. Must be able to perform but not limited to the following tasks: drilling, tumbling deburring, bench operations and inspection of parts. Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the PM charts. Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks stated above. Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery. Assists in the organization and maintenance of the machine shop work environment. Provides constant feedback and input into process improvement within the department. Basic understanding and ability to follow manufacturing processes and procedures. Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures. Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions. Communicates thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing, to co-workers and management Attend scheduled meetings and actively participate by providing meaningful input.
