Job Summary The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of IPEX operations in their assigned facility.  Plant operation accountabilities include production, logistics, quality and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety, environmental, ISO and corporate policies and regulations.  Partnering with key business stakeholders, the role is accountable to collaborate on the delivery of all operational and strategic initiatives.  The position is fully accountable for annual budget performance and has full responsibility for the production output of the facility including the quality of finished goods, KPI target achievement, continuous improvements and site safety.  Additionally, the position is accountable for people strategy and talent development at all levels.
