Our long time client in Lancaster, NY is seeking qualified Forklift Operators to add to their team! We are looking for careful forklift operators to move packages and materials around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. 1st Forklift Operations shift runs from 7:15am - 3:45pm Monday - Friday Starting Rate of Pay $17 per hour Responsibilities Unload materials and merchandise from income vehicles and stack them in assigned areas in warehouse Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment Identify damage and report shortages or quality deficiencies Transport materials to production area using forklift Assist in other areas as needed Requirements Experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting Ability to lift 50 pounds Able to follow safety rules at all times Must wear steel toe shoes Attendance is very important #ind456 Benefits This is a temporary with intent to hire opportunity!
