Turtle with a indented shell (Oxnard)

Hello all! Well, some sad news. My mothers turtle named Goldie took off or was abducted over a week ago. She is a golden color and is almost a foot long. She went missing around the Hill Street and Los Prietos. Not sure if Ventura animal center picked her up as we have called and asked they said no and we are also checking the website daily.
