Hiring Handyman / Maintenance Workers for Residential Renovation Company We are seeking experienced handyman and maintenance workers to start immediately. Most of our projects are located in Camp Pendleton and Oceanside. General Handyman / Maintenance Worker: • Starting at $22/hr • Must have 2+ years of experience in home maintenance, repairs, or remodeling • Should be proficient in basic plumbing, drywall repair, painting, electrical fixes, and general home upkeep • Must have basic tools and the ability to work independently Skilled Worker – Cabinetry & Decking: • Starting at $24/hr • Must have experience rebuilding or installing cabinets, framing, or deck repairs/construction • Must know how to measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry or deck structures • Tools and reliable transportation required Senior Handyman / Multi-Trade Specialist: • $28/hr and up depending on skillset • Must have 5+ years of experience across multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) • Must be able to lead small crews, complete full unit turnovers, and take initiative on job sites • Cabinet-making, drywall, and general renovation knowledge preferred • Must work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results Requirements for All Applicants: • Valid driver’s license WITH REAL ID STAMP and Social Security Number • Must be able to pass a background check (due to work on military bases) • Must be reliable, available Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays • Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance on all job sites 📞 Call or text 256-321-6920 📧 Or email: Miguel05rico@gmail.com ⸻ Seeking Maintenance Workers / Handymen for Residential Renovation Company We are hiring experienced workers to start immediately.
