Responsibilities You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildings You will remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily and from trash chutes to compactor daily or more. You will prepare the make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments, prior to make-ready. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Clean available apartments and or models. Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including HVAC. Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Property Manager. Meticulously maintain the curb appeal of the community. JOB GOAL:     To assist the Facility Director and Maintenance Personnel in the safe maintenance, operation, and use of buildings, equipment and grounds.
