This is what it means to make retirement the best part of someone’s life—and the team is honored to do it together. Role Overview This Advisor's main duty is to meet one-on-one with existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and providing superior client service, always putting clients first. Initial duties include providing ongoing planning services to existing clients, building client relationships, participating in client events, and ensuring the onboarding of new clients is a smooth and seamless transition from initial advisor to wealth manager. Upon completion of successful training, the Advisor will be handed a book of clients and will continue to have more clients added to their book. This role is not responsible for sourcing new client relationships but is responsible for growing their current book of business. Key Traits - Strong initiative - Positive attitude - Ability to market to local clients - Persistence - Team oriented Minimum Requirements - 3+ years of financial services experience required - Series 65 or a combination of Series 66 and 7, with Life and Health required - Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skills - Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written - Experience with tax planning preferred Position Responsibilities - Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans - Assist clients with annuities, life, and long-term care, and managing money - Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement - Manage and retain strong client relationships Compensation Salary: $75,000 – $150,000 – Based on Experience – Plus commission on additional sales Benefits Money for Nothing The firm encourages rest and recovery with an unlimited PTO policy.
