The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, or another degree related to the built environment. 5-8 years estimating, cost control, project management, and/or engineering experience in construction environment.
