Construction Management firm based in Benicia is looking to add to our project management team as we expand. The Project Manager / Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the company in various aspects such as: Assisting Sr. Project Management and Design Team with the successful completion of multiple projects from the investigative phase through final completion. This position is based in Benicia and requires travel to project sites throughout the bay area. This position is primarily full time, but part time candidates will be considered. South Bay and East Bay candidates are encouraged to apply as this position will require them to focus on projects near their residence. Typical Week: (Subject to change depending on candidate's experience) Mondays - All team members are required to come to Benicia office for project team meetings and collaboration Tuesdays through Thursdays - Site visits / work from home Fridays - Alternate between office and work from home Responsibilities -Assisting Sr. Construction Manager with project oversight, project documentation and communications -Assist with project site visits with project team members -Verify contractor is performing work per project plans -Review RFI's and Change Orders and provide response to contractors -Provide administrative support to project management team -Meeting notes/minutes production -Travel to jobsites as needed throughout the bay area (South Bay and East Bay) -Assist with project inspections, field reports, project weekly updates -Review project plans and ensure contractor compliance -Document punch list work -Complete other responsibilities as assigned Skill Requirements: - 1 + year experience -Civil Engineering / Construction management degree REQUIRED -Valid California Driver’s License. -Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project. -Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal. - Use / climb ladders -Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines -Timeliness, accuracy, and clarity in producing required reports. We are seeking an experienced Google Street View Photographer who can help us capture and upload high-resolution 360° imagery for neighborhoods and city streets in Southern California. About the role: We are refreshing and expanding Street View coverage for selected cities. You will be responsible for operating 360° camera equipment mounted on a vehicle, capturing data, and uploading processed imagery to Google Street View at scale.
