Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain key features of the Storepass platform using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to define the product roadmap and architecture. - Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all parts of the platform. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. - Mentor and guide junior developers as the team grows. - Contribute to strategic decisions around product development, tech stack, and infrastructure. Skills & Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in software development, particularly with JavaScript frameworks. - Proficiency with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB. - Experience with Parse Platform and Docker is a plus. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design. - Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce) is a plus. - Passion for building products from the ground up and willingness to take ownership of projects. - Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
