Proven experience with configuring and maintaining enterprise-grade routers, switches, and firewalls. Deep understanding of network security standards, protocols, and implementation. Full lifecycle experience in managing infrastructure projects. Proficient in fault-tolerant and high-availability system architecture. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. Recognized industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or comparable. Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a strong advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing and managing high-availability network infrastructure. Strong skills in technical writing, system documentation, and issue resolution workflows. Prior experience in 24/7 operational settings with on-call rotation. Knowledge of railroad signaling systems or transportation control environments. Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
