Supervises subordinate staff, including hiring, recommending raises, disciplinary actions, and termination. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Demonstrated strong knowledge of writing and editing concepts and principles. Must be able to evaluate content for grammar, clarity, and coherence. Understanding of key principles in tax policy. Ability to write and edit stories on complex topics in a way that is accessible to educated individuals who are not experts in every field of tax law.
