You'll work with modern .NET web technologies and SQL databases while having the opportunity to learn and integrate AI capabilities into our products. Key characteristics to be successful in this role Develop and maintain web applications using .NET framework and related technologies Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server Use AI in your daily work and integrate AI into our solutions Build and consume web services and APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical planning Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-4 years of professional software development experience Strong Software Engineering Skills Strong proficiency in .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET) Solid experience with SQL databases Experience developing and consuming web services (REST APIs, SOAP) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and implementation Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Knowledge of modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Experience with version control systems Licenses or Certifications None MD7 Core Values Our Vision and Core Values are both foundational and aspirational at the same time.  We never quit striving to improve.
