Demonstrated experience in both performing valuations and reviewing common stock, debt and derivative valuations, etc. Experience working with Capital IQ. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Good understanding of the accounting standards related to financial instruments and valuations is a plus.
