GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Go High Level Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process for the Go High Level platform, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them maximize the platform's features and capabilities. Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients to train them on using the Go High Level platform effectively. Assist clients in setting up their accounts, integrating with other tools, and customizing their workflows. Develop and provide training materials, resources, and documentation to support client onboarding. Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing support during and after the onboarding process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into our onboarding strategy. Monitor client progress and proactively address any challenges they may face during onboarding. Stay updated on Go High Level features, updates, and best practices to offer the best guidance to clients. Requirements Proven experience with the Go High Level platform or similar CRM tools. Strong understanding of sales funnels, marketing automation, and client management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist clients in troubleshooting issues. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously. Experience in customer support or training roles is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
