Youth Soccer Coach

TGA Premier Sports is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Youth Lead Golf Coach to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading tennis programs for youth in a fun, non-competitive environment, helping kids cultivate their skills while fostering a love for the game. As a Youth Lead Golf Coach, you will train and supervise other instructors, ensuring that all classes are engaging, educational, and in line with TGA's curriculum. You will provide individualized attention to students, motivate them to improve, and celebrate their successes. This position allows for creativity in coaching while following a structured curriculum designed to enhance players' development. This role is ideal for experienced coaches who enjoy mentoring others and have a passion for teaching young athletes. In this role, the successful hire will coach in a variety of settings including after-school programs and clinics. In addition, this person could also conduct camps/clinics and leagues. Requirements Prior experience in coaching golf, preferably with youth. Strong leadership abilities and experience in supervising other coaches. Reliable transportation to various coaching locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with children. Must have a Level I IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or must be willing to obtain one CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). Positive attitude and a passion for teaching sports to children. Please note, this is a PERMANENT role, not a temp position. About Us: Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars are nationally recognized youth sports programs that introduce children ages 2–10 to sports, fitness, and healthy habits in a fun, engaging way. We turn sports classes into the highlight of the week with lessons that keep kids excited to learn and play. Our goal is to help every child build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love for physical activity. What You’ll Do: Lead fun and engaging sports and fitness classes for children ages 2–10. Travel to preschools, daycares, recreation centers, and other community locations around the Lehigh Valley. Use our proven curriculum to help kids develop a love for fitness and sports. Available Hours: Weekday mornings: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (2–3 hour blocks) Weekday evenings: Monday–Friday (usually 2 or 3 days per week for this time slot), 4:30 PM–7:30 PM (2–3 hour blocks) Weekends: Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (2–3 hour blocks) We can hire 1–3 coaches to cover these classes. You can choose the schedule that works for you—weekday mornings, evenings, weekends, or a combination. Coaches who can cover all three shifts can expect close to 20 hours per week. Be the face and product of Soccer Stars in each class - interact with parents, directors, club board members and children. Deliver energetic and enjoyable coaching sessions in line with Soccer Stars progressive curriculum. Report directly to the territory manager on all aspects of roles, responsibilities and expectations related to all aspects of coaching role. Effectively engage and challenge all players, and to help them accomplish development goals and milestones, and to inspire a love of soccer in a fun, team-based environment. Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the leadership team and have a solution orientated mindset to challenges. Being punctual to all training sessions and games allowing enough time for commuting to locations. Provide hands-on individual and group attention to players in training sessions. Identify and recommend players for advanced Soccer Stars United programming with the club. Requirements Own reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 45-minutes one-way to get to class locations. Must be able to commit to a 10-week season (September-Mid November). Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback. Experience in or have a strong desire to work in a youth soccer club environment. Prior experience working with children preferred. Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive. Ability to work with different age groups. Must be adaptable on the field to give players the best experience possible. Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing. Must possess a minimum of a grassroots coaching license. We are looking for energetic Youth Soccer Coaches in the greater North OC Area! You will lead engaging and interactive pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens. This program focuses on introducing balance, coordination, cognitive skills, and more through music and movement. We are a recreational program serving male and female athletes between 18 months and 6 years old, with a strong emphasis on children ages 18 months to 4 years—this is the core of our program. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role. Amazing Athletes is the premier sports-based enrichment program in the country. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to add to our coaching team. This fun part-time position requires traveling to different schools and day care centers to teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports to children ranging from 2.5 to 6 years old. Amazing Athletes coaches must have a passion for working with children with the ultimate goal of making a positive impact on as many children as possible and spark a love of movement. We are hoping to find an individual to become part of our long-term team and develop within this growing company for the Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, The Colony, West Plano & Carrollton areas. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can offer a minimum of a one year commitment to our company and who is willing to take on the entire area with the goal of growing. Unfortunately, because we operate within the preschool hours and around lunch and nap time, Amazing Athletes does not offer full time position.
