We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required) Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour. Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location. Requirements High school diploma with some college (preferred) You must hold a valid driver's license, and a reliable personal transportation. The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons. About Us: Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars are nationally recognized youth sports programs that introduce children ages 2–10 to sports, fitness, and healthy habits in a fun, engaging way. We turn sports classes into the highlight of the week with lessons that keep kids excited to learn and play. Our goal is to help every child build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love for physical activity. What You’ll Do: Lead fun and engaging sports and fitness classes for children ages 2–10. Travel to preschools, daycares, recreation centers, and other community locations around the Lehigh Valley. Use our proven curriculum to help kids develop a love for fitness and sports.
