Bay Crossings in San Francisco is seeking someone to work part time at our Ferry Building location. We are hiring someone part time to work Saturdays (9:30am - 5:15pm) and some occasional Sundays (9:45am - 4:15pm) Bay Crossings operates as part in-person Clipper Customer Services provider, transit information/sales, and retail store. We are seeking an upbeat, punctual, friendly, reliable, dedicated employee who can handle a high volume of customers and calm the occasional upset one. The position requires extensive customer service to sell merchandise and answer public transportation questions. Having a general understanding of the Bay Area public transit system would be very helpful, but we will teach you what you do not know. Cash handling experience is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and/or Chinese would be fantastic! Please email your resume with availability or you can also drop off your resume at our Ferry Building store (shop #22, right in the center).
