Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of repairs needed and provide clear estimates. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly secured. Complete necessary paperwork related to job orders and follow-up with customers post-service. Be available to coordinate or perform emergency repairs – some on call, which may involve evening & weekend work Work efficiently & effectively with minimal supervision Take before, during & after pictures of work & upload them to CompanyCam Update our CRM to close out each repair project. Maintain a clean & organized truck with tools in their place, maintained & oiled. Your typical day will involve assessing work sites, estimating materials and labor, and executing high-quality drywall and plaster repairs. You will work independently and collaboratively, ensuring that every project is completed to perfection while keeping communication open with clients and your team. We're offering starting pay of $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience! Requirements 10+ years of hands-on experience in drywall installation and repair. 10+ years of project estimation experience in residential or commercial interiors.
