Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify issues such as leaks, cracks, or structural damage. Perform roofing repairs and installations using a variety of materials. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of repairs needed and provide clear estimates. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly secured. Complete necessary paperwork related to job orders and follow-up with customers post-service.
