Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) Degree: Valid JD degree and licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction. Legal Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of legal practice experience with expertise in estate planning, probate and guardianship or the area they are supervising. Supervisory Experience: Proven experience supervising and mentoring associate attorneys. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey legal concepts effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities for caseload management, billing oversight, and performance tracking.
