POSITION OVERVIEW The Corporate Counsel role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring FDA regulatory compliance, advising on privacy and data protection, conducting legal research, and managing legal risks. WHAT YOU WILL DO Transactional and Contractual Support: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, and partnership contracts. Regulatory Compliance: Provide legal guidance on FDA regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
