Pianist/Composer Needs Recording Engineer to work with (Ventura)

I am a pianist who is looking to start recording regularly from home but need the help of a recording engineer or someone with some relative experience or knowledge that would be able to help me record and possibly uploading on my Youtube channel. I am initially just trying to get things set up and to learn how to do basics myself. I need help in particular connecting my Roland keyboard to my laptop to record directly to that without a microphone, and also to be able to use a microphone when recording on the piano. I am willing to pay $150 for the first three hours, though after that I'm hoping to find someone that is willing to see the work as a collaboration to the point of bringing in profits from Youtube, and any other online platforms, at which point I'd share a percentage of the profit. I will leave a link for my current youtube channel, which is not really on any professional level, but so you have an idea that I'm not a complete amateur and have some potential.
