Need 3 voices to join my voice (Ventura/SFV)

I'm forming a group of singers to learn harmony parts for pop songs. I need 3 voices---bass, tenor, soprano to join my voice for pop hits and great originals. You don't need to be able to read music. The idea and purpose of this group would be to get down songs well through weekly practice, and when we are good, to add the backup band. You, the singer, will be the main event. I play rhythm guitar and have an incredible lead guitarist. We will next form a band---an electric band. Singing is very important to have perfect in front of a band. I have music producer friends.
