Description: We are actively seeking a Program Analyst with a Pricing focus to perform the duties listed below: Provide support with overall business and organizational assessments. Make recommendations and assist in implementation of process improvements. Provide a strategic outlook for all client business areas Provide business/financial analysis and consultation support to government client.  Facilitate, review and monitor annual operating budget, activity-based costing model and proposal submissions Participate in program meetings and reviews Monitor execution rates and inform management of potential issues Fund contracts, Service Level Agreements and MIPRs Work seamlessly with partner contractors and government personnel at all levels Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR will consider experience in lieu of a degree preferably with emphasis in providing financial tracking and support for a government customer in areas of Finance Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have a working knowledge of other Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).   Working knowledge of government financial systems (Cognos, CAPTURE) Experience in performing programmatic, costs, and schedule sensitivity analyses for multi-million dollars projects. Knowledgeable in the fields of financial monitoring and control, budget execution and government finance and contracting. Ability to perform independent analyses, strategizing, planning, forecasting, and documenting from multiple large data sources.
