Core Responsibilities: Assist chairside for general, cosmetic, and restorative procedures; Prepare and maintain operatories to strict infection control standards; Take, process, and mount digital X-rays (and 3D scans if trained); Capture and upload intraoral photos; support digital treatment presentations; Maintain supply inventory and support ordering; Sterilize instruments and monitor equipment maintenance logs; Update patient records accurately and in real-time; Provide post-op instructions and excellent follow-up communication; Cross-train with front office for patient flow and scheduling support (as needed). Qualifications Required: Dental assisting experience or recent graduation from an accredited dental assisting program. Current certifications required by the state (e.g., X-ray, RDA license, CPR—customize). Strong communication skills and professional chairside manner.
