Under the general direction of the Nursing Manager, performs Registered Nursing (RN) care, including triage of patient complaints via Telemedicine (Video/phone consultation) and/or in-person services. The RN will promote and restore patients’ health by providing, delegating, evaluating, and coordinating comprehensive professional nursing care for all patients As a patient advocate, the RN will also provide whole person support to patients, their friends, and families. The RN may oversee clinical care as compatible with their licensure, including monitoring of duties performed by LVN and MA staff. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday with periodic Saturday hours. Compensation: $88,753.60 - $96,990.40 annualized, depending on experience This position is represented by SEIU, with compensation and benefits determined by the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Salary is based on the wage scales outlined in the agreement.
