**Please Read the Ad Carefully** Please send a resume or detail your experience in the email you send us. We will contact you if your experience matches what we are looking for. We are looking for a very strong line cook 4-5 nights per week. We also need a cook for Saturday and Sunday mornings. There are usually 2 people working together on this station at night. It is very busy and the kitchen and station are small but you have the support to do the job and do it right. We will train you to be successful on the station but this is a position where you will need a lot of prior experience. If you don't have experience with the following you will not be able to work the position: -Be able to cook meats to temperature, know how to sear and rest meats in order to ensure a proper sear and well rested internal temperature to meet the customers request. -Be able to sear and cook fish and chicken so that it is cooked properly in the middle and not over or undercooked -Be able to work neatly and keep your station clean throughout the night -Be able to get along with the kitchen crew and front of house and work as a team to ensure our customers have a great experience -Be able to stay organized and follow direction from the Chef and /or Expo Our team are important to us and we treat them that way.
