Then we want YOU to host with BIG Hat Entertainment, the Valley’s go-to crew for live trivia, music video bingo, and more high-energy event nights! 💼 The Role: We’re looking for charismatic, reliable, and outgoing Event Hosts to lead our weekly events at bars and restaurants across the Phoenix metro area (Tempe, Gilbert, Glendale, Downtown Phoenix, and beyond). 🎯 What You’ll Do: Host and run weekly trivia nights, music bingo, karaoke and other game events Engage with teams, read questions clearly, and keep energy high Set up and tear down equipment (lights, speaker, laptop, foam hats, etc.) Represent the BIG Hat brand with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism Occasionally hand out prizes, hype up the crowd, or even throw in a joke or two 👀 We’re Looking For: Ability to adapt to any situation Strong public speaking or performance background (or just big stage presence) Reliable transportation to and from venues Comfort with basic tech: laptop, microphone, Bluetooth speaker Bonus if you have experience with trivia, improv, comedy, bartending, or live events Must be 21+ (most events take place in bar/restaurant settings and drinks may be included) 🕒 Schedule & Pay: Part-time / evenings (events typically 1.5–2 hours, plus setup/teardown 30 minutes) Flexible schedule — work 1 to 4 events per week $20-$30/hour (depending on type of event), paid every Friday Trivia-$20/hour or $30/hour with BIG Hat Music Video Bingo-$20/hour or $25/hour with BIG Hat Karaoke $25/Hour Tips and performance bonuses possible All training and equipment provided Want your own BIG Hat entertainment franchise? Creates and ensures proper usage of all website templates. • Directly supervise the Graphic Artists in the development of products and services. • Reviews design work of graphics personnel and provides feedback and mentorship to ensure consistency of design. • Enables and ensures all Graphic Designers remain up to date on production standards and contribute to production needs, providing feedback on production-related performance. • Works closely with Marketing Managers to achieve desired outcomes, addressing quality issues or template inconsistencies. • Performs and reviews quality control processes ensuring: All new images are tagged correctly before being archived.
