About Trapezium Math: Trapezium Math is an innovative supplemental math curriculum company dedicated to building foundational fluency and mental math confidence in elementary, middle and high school classrooms. We work closely with schools and educators to bring hands-on, screen-free learning into daily instruction. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and education-minded Leader and Project Manager to join our team. This part-time (20 hours/week), fully remote position is ideal for someone with a background in teaching, supervision, or school administration who values meaningful work but is ready to step back from the demands of a full-time role. Whether you're pursuing graduate studies, transitioning out of a school-based position, or simply seeking more balance, this role offers a way to stay engaged in the field while enjoying greater flexibility and focus. This role is central to coordinating the implementation of our curriculum and programs in partner schools and districts, supporting our curriculum development and coaching team, and ensuring educators have the tools and support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: *Oversee the day-to-day management of school partnerships and implementation plans *Schedule and coordinate professional development sessions and coaching support *Lead and manage a small internal team responsible for school/district partnerships, professional development, training/coaching and *Trapezium curriculum development, including planning meetings, setting agendas, and following up on action items *Track progress on school goals and communicate with internal and external stakeholders *Serve as the primary liaison between school partners and the Trapezium team *Manage shared documents, data tracking, and team systems to support efficiency and communication *Provide insight and design ideas for Trapezium program design and enhancements *Support new sales and business development initiatives with prospective school and district partners, by joining presentations, webinars and providing insight on programs and professional development Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred *Experience in education (teaching, school leadership, or curriculum implementation) strongly preferred) *2+ years of experience in project management or program coordination *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal *Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines *Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment *Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management and CRM and communications platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, Trello, Slack or similar) Additional Details: *Part-time: 20 hours per week *Fully remote (must be based in the U.S.) *Flexible scheduling with availability required during team and school meeting times PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING FOR CONSIDERATION: *A cover letter describing your suitability for this position *A resume or CV *Your LinkedIn profile (if you have one) *Links to any other social media that are part of your professional profile (if you have any)
