Job Summary: Administrative Assistant is crucial in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing administrative support to the team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them as needed. Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for management. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and other financial documents. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required. Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records. Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information and company documents. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Administrative office work Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
