Description

Seeking tax preparer with exceptional accuracy and ethics. Somewhat flexible hours. Great accuracy, attention to detail, a friendly positive attitude, listening and communication skills, are all desired. SOME PREVIOUS TAX and/or legal experience (such as CTEC certification) is REQUIRED. We are a small but rapidly growing tax & consulting business primarily in east bay home offices near Castro Valley and Hayward. We have positive attitudes, great clients, we do not yell at staff nor do we let clients bully staff, and we are fully vaccinated. We have been recognized as one of the top firms in the SF bay area. All ages and backgrounds are welcome. We wear many hats and do whatever is needed. Some training will be provided, and you will report to a CPA or a lawyer. If your goal is to work at a large firm with a narrow job description, and lots of support staff, or if you lack accuracy, or if you wish to only work remotely, or work in a large corporate office, or in corporate financial accounting or bookkeeping rather than tax, or if you have no relevant experience, then sorry, but this is NOT a good fit. LOCAL individuals only please, no agencies nor remote workers. Thorough background check and references will be required. Thanks for your interest and good luck with your search!
