Responsibilities include: • Answer incoming calls when needed • Recording attendance • Computer entry for all vendor bills • Entering new customers and jobs • Handle customer invoices and payments • Process account reconciliations • Enter payroll transactions in accounting system • Process payroll through third party payroll service • Prepare and scan deposits to bank • Enter deposits as AR payment • Weekly check runs • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and preparing reports • Maintains customer and employee confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential Experience requirements: • Bookkeeping experience required . Experience with accounting software QuickBooks • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Good communication • Team player • Attention to detail • Time management • Data entry • General math skills This position is with a small manufacturing firm.
