Come join our team and grow with us! Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings. We install and service AC, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers, and furnaces including gas and oil-fired systems. Diagnose HVAC system issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and safety. Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding the performance and condition of their HVAC systems. Install and calibrate thermostats, filters, ducts, and other HVAC components. Test HVAC systems after repairs or installations to ensure they are functioning properly. Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while working on HVAC systems. Provide customers with maintenance tips and recommendations for optimal system performance. Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment necessary for repairs and installations. Communicate effectively with the customer and team members to ensure a high level of service satisfaction. Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
