Experienced Cabinet Installers and Service Technicians needed for full time employment. Pay is up to typically $800- $1500+ per week depending on your skills and speed. All work is residential new home construction with occasional remodels and custom homes. Installer pay rate is based on a per box rate so the more you install, the more you earn. Additional trip charges are paid for work done outside of the Rio Rancho/Albuquerque metro area. Service tech pay starts at $30-$40 per hour with the potential to earn more based on the amount of service you are capable of doing. We provide each of our craftsmen partners with a Mercedes Sprinter 2500 van, along with a company credit card for fuel and job materials, and we provide all advertising and sales appointment scheduling. Partner must have a valid driver license and clean driving record, as well as a safe place to park the van at night, as they will be driving it home. Partner will need to provide their own tools. Partner will also set their own schedule, both for estimate appointments and for completing sold projects. The company will also take care of client billing, and we pay our partners weekly.
