Preventative Maintenance and Inspections Schedule and document preventative maintenance and apartment turns. Conduct regular inspections of common areas and equipment. Supervision and Coordination Supervise duties and outside contractors in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Safety and Compliance Assist with safety meetings and compliance with policies and regulations. Report potential liabilities and ensure property compliance. Inventory and Supplies Management Maintain inventory and assist in purchasing materials and supplies. What You'll Need Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license is required. Experience 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field. Experience in supervising contractors preferred but not required.
