Duties: Perform installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, precision alignment, detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems Support SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT, OSINT, and All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks and coalition networks Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization and disposal of sensitive equipment Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems Performs tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and other complex and specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic, and logic diagrams Repair analog and fiber optics cables Perform pre and post flight inspections on Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) mission equipment and data link Submit standard and non-standard repair parts requests Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment Prepare maintenance, property accountability, and transportation forms and records Requirements Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI Security Clearance. Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2. Education and Experience: Associate Degree in Electronics or related fields from an accredited college/university and two years of relevant experience or four years of military or civilian equivalent training in MI Systems Maintenance and Integration. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift 50lbs Experience with maintenance and integration on one or more of the following GRCS: Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance Surveillance System (EMARSS) mission equipment; Tactical Command Data Link (TDCL); GRCS Operational Ground Station (OGS); Distributed Common Ground Station- Army (DCGS-A); software defined SIGINT collection platforms; biometrics collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination equipment; CI/HUMINT support systems; TROJAN systems or satellite communication terminals providing TDN2; TENCAP systems; or intelligence non-standard equipment. Information assurance certifications for Tier I and II computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration and maintenance only required for technicians performing in computing environment (Trojan Technicians); six-month waiver authorized. Hog Haven Farm seeking help for its farmers market operation in the Merrifield and surrounding areas. We are a family run heritage hog farm who also vends hot food (made on-site breakfast sandwiches featuring the pork we raise) at multiple farmers market locations in the area (mostly weekend mornings) [www.HogHavenFarm.com]. We need both cooks and front-of-booth salespeople. Some kitchen and/or front house restaurant experience a plus, but will train the right candidates. Preference given to those comfortable in both the front and the back. Most shifts are weekend mornings, 4 to 6 hours per shift, at locations mostly in NoVa, some in DC and MD. Location you work from shift to shift will generally vary. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to go where needed. **Especially in need of those that have a vehicle (SUV or larger) and who can and are willing to carry supplies to and from the market (extra comp for this).** Preference also given to those willing to work some hours Friday afternoons and after the weekend markets at our Merrifield warehouse, helping to clean up and reset for the next day's markets. The superintendent will push the schedule, coordinate the trades, maintain a safe working environment and ensure construction is done with superior quality. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES First Impression/Professionalism An HBW Construction superintendent personally represents HBW Construction each day through their appearance, professionalism, and actions. As a result, they impact the business image HBW presents to its customers. To be successful, the superintendent shall: Take ownership of the project by being accountable for the quality of product produced, delivering the project on time and meeting the client's expectations. Maintain a professional business appearance at all times by following the dress code for HBW field staff, which consists of HBW Shirt, khaki pants, work boots, and any personal protective equipment (PPE) required while also maintaining good personal hygiene. Create and maintain a team environment with all stakeholders on the project including, but not limited to owners, clients, suppliers, building management, building engineers, tenants, and Property Managers. Scheduling/Planning/Coordination A superintendent is charged with bringing together multiple stakeholders, designers, subcontractors and suppliers to successfully deliver the project on-time. The superintendent will: Review and assess layouts prior to a job beginning; communicate any conflicts or discrepancies discovered to the Project Management and Design Team. Schedule day-to-day efforts among various trade subcontractors by understanding how each trade's scope of work fits into the sequence of activities. Work with HBW Project Managers, third party inspectors, owner's representatives, and building engineers to ensure work is completed on time and on schedule. Work with the trades to plan the project out and use milestones to evaluate the progress of the project. Identify areas where schedule efficiencies can be gained and adjust to conflicts. Create and maintain a Two Week Look Ahead schedule for Project Manager. Coordinate the work of all trades and subcontractors. From this, areas of conflict and areas where trades can work together will be identified to ensure that all details are included in the work. Schedule and obtain all required inspections and ensure necessary permits are in place for the work. Track all materials and equipment from submission of submittals to site delivery. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on schedule, and 100% ready for client move-in. Quality Control An HBW Construction superintendent is responsible for ensuring that the project is built in accordance with the contract documents and to the highest level of quality possible. To facilitate this the superintendent will: Review and understand all contract documents such as the Plans, Specifications, Architect's Supplemental Instructions (ASI), Bulletins, Architect's Supplement Sketches (ASK), Addendums, etc. Ensure that all craftsmanship is at the highest level possible and identify items that need to be reworked. The superintendent will track all quality deficiencies items until they are properly complete. Create a punch list for the project and have it complete prior to the Architect/Owner punch list walkthrough. Ensure that HBW Construction Standards are incorporated in every project (attached) Identify and generate requests for information (RFIs) for areas needing additional information. The superintendent shall track the RFIs from submission to response and publish the response to the subcontractor team when obtained. Accurately document the project through Daily Field Reports, RFIs, and posting of changes to as-builts documents. Turn-over the project with 100% completion and sign-off of the punchlist prior to client move-in. Turn-over as-builts and operations and maintenance manuals to the Project Manager. Demonstrate critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS Technical Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods. High School diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. The Project Manager is responsible for approximately 3-4 HBW Construction projects at any one time and ensures projects are of high quality, delivered on schedule, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory requirements and customer expectations. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Care An HBW Construction Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the development of new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
