Mongeon’s Auto Next Gen Auto Sales LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Property and Shop Assistant to support our dealership, property management, and marine work. This position is hands-on, with a wide variety of tasks that change week to week. The role is part-time, scheduled primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities: ->Property & Facilities: Perform general upkeep, repairs, cleaning, and seasonal maintenance on residential and commercial properties. ->Automotive: Assist with detailing, light repairs, surveys, and preparing vehicles for sale or transport. ->Marine & Small Engines: Support boat maintenance and seasonal prep, along with small engine servicing for outdoor equipment. Requirements: ->Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. ->Must complete all required new hire forms (I-9, W-4, RI W-4, RI new hire reporting) ->Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening ->Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor outdoors in all seasons ->Flexibility for mechanical tasks, steady balance on ladders, and strength for carrying and loading ->Reliable transportation to and from work and valid drivers license ->Ability to follow written procedures, checklists, and safety rules ->Must be trustworthy and professional Compensation: ->Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour, W-2 employment, paid weekly How to Apply: ->Submit your application through our website at https://mongeons.co/jobs.php.
