THIS IS A 1099 ROLE We are hiring a reliable, experienced Crew Leader with background in insulation installation (cellulose, fiberglass, or spray foam). This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll work alongside your crew while managing job quality, communication, and daily operations. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a small insulation crew. Install insulation (attic, wall, crawlspace) according to scope, safety, and code requirements. Operate insulation equipment safely and efficiently (blowers, vacuums, spray rigs, etc.). Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and project details. Manage jobsite inventory, crew readiness, and ensure the company truck is fully stocked and maintained. Communicate clearly with the office, clients, and team members throughout the project. Perform quality checks, conduct final walkthroughs, and ensure proper cleanup. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on insulation experience (cellulose, fiberglass, spray foam preferred). Prior leadership or crew management experience. Strong understanding of insulation techniques, air sealing, and safety protocols. Must be able to work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces), and lift 50–60 lbs consistently. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must speak English (bilingual a plus). Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening if required. Previous experience in spray foam insulation, drywall installation, plastering, or painting. Ability to work in various physical environments and adhere to safety standards. Must have an SSN or ITN for tax purposes. As a Peer Support Specialist you would be a role model to the peer member's; exhibiting competency in personal recovery with the use of coping skills; serves as a peer advocate and supporter, providing peer members information and peer support in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Support adult peers in regaining independence within the community and mastery over their own recovery process. You will be taught to understand how the support services provided impact a peer’s recovery and contributes to their progression in the self-management of their recovery. You will document the value of the services provided as evidence of outcomes in recovery and perform in a wide range of settings, such as, in the wellness center, during transport, in the peer or family home, in community based outpatient settings including community agencies, in-patient psychiatric hospitals, or retail stores, food banks, etc. Minimum Qualifications / Experience: • Clear a background check and be free of major criminal offenses. • A current and valid Arizona driver's license with an acceptable 60 month MVR. • If in recovery, must be stable for over one year. • Pass a drug test. • Verifiable legal status to work in the United States.
