I am currently seeking individuals to assist with various tasks such as painting, demolition, maintenance, light landscaping, and other in general Handy Man duties for my multiple companies and clients. National field service company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors, or inspection companies to service Frederick county As an Independent Mortgage Field Inspector, you’ll be conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), along with providing property condition photos, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. Applicant Requirements: Must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in and have regular, daylight availability as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours.
